How do I get my 10% discount on the workshop?
If you wish to receive 10% of your workshop registration you must attach the coupon from last year’s CoreDance competition program to your form.
When will I be able to purchase a program?
The 2012 CoreDance Competition program will be for sale at Drive Dance Centre (Vancouver) and Performing Fabrics (Nanaimo) as of April 15 2012.
Why order my CoreDance 2012 merchandise early?
Buy early and save! Merchandise is available at a discount on your Workshop registration form until the end of the registration period through mail-in orders only.
Can I pay in separate cheques? Cash? Credit card?
Payments must be made to your home studio. It is at the discretion of the studio how they wish to collect payment.
NOTE: Payment for Techno Monkey Media pre-orders is to be made on a separate cheque made out to Techno Monkey Media and attached to the order form.
What if I need to make changes after my forms have been submitted?
The first draft of the competition schedule will be available for viewing for studio representatives only by March 15, 2012. All changes or corrections must be made through your home studio representative within 10 days of receiving the schedule.
Do I need to check in when I arrive at the workshop?
Yes! Please arrive half an hour early for the workshop in order to sign in, receive any purchased merchandise, and to warm up for class.
How do I check in at the competition?
Please sign in by the start of your session with the check-in table near the Port Theatre’s backstage entrance. Only dancers and official representatives are allowed backstage.
What if I have a last minute emergency or technical difficulty?
CoreDance regulations regarding changes and issues are laid out in our Information Book included in the Registration Package. Any issues during the competition can be brought to the attention of the staff at the Rules & Regulations table located in the theatre.
