Hannah Henney

Hannah Henney first entered the dance scene in a Port Coquitlam studio at the age of 3 years old.

She hasn’t stopped moving since.

Now, after years of training she is an aspiring dance artist in the west coast community.

She is a well rounded and strong performer/choreographer, trained in many different styles from Hip Hop, Locking, Popping to Tap, Jazz and Salsa and has received scholarships to a myriad of dance events.

Hannah is currently dancing with Diamonds In The Rough, an all female Hip Hop crew who was just seen dancing for R&B superstar Mya. She was also recently dancing with Two Four Seven Company, who just returned from Las Vegas where they represented Canada competing in the 2014 Hip Hop International world Championships and received 8th place in the world! Hannah can also be seen performing with the Stilettoettes, an all female dance troupe dedicated to empowering women. They’ve opened for rap superstar, “Meek Mill” as well as hip hop icons “Fabolous”, “B.O.B.”, “Pusha-T” and “Raekwon” from the Wu-Tang Clan. She can be seen dancing on Much Music in videos such as Marianas Trench’s “Stutter” as well as Sony recording artist Ash Koley’s “Brighter at night”. Hannah is featured in MMVA winner SonReal’s video “LA” and “For the Town”. She was a principal dancer for Stef Lang’s Canadian tour kick off. She was also a featured principal dancer in the newly released White Hill Production’s major Punjabi motion picture “Jatt and Juliet 2” and “Sardaar Ji”. She was also a main dancer in Ashley Richards music video “I like girls” with GSG productions. She danced for the British Consulate’s campaign “Britain is Great”. She also danced as a main cast member of the Lovers Cabaret’s first production from the icon series, “Lovers of Zeppelin”.

Despite her age, she has over a decade of experience performing live in the lower mainland and has been recognized for her dance ability as well as her positive and enthusiastic attitude. She is always looking to grow as a dancer and continue to put in the work to improve her craft to it’s greatest potential.

Hannah loves sharing her passion for the performing arts…She was born to dance.
